âWhen the world forgets to weep, the skies begin to burn.â
Today, as the silence grows where there should be screams, and laughter echoes in the palaces of those who fan the flames of war, His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (aba), the Khalifa of the Promised Messiah, has once again raised a voice that pierces through the numbness of our global conscience.
With the threat of global war looming larger than ever, he has issued an appealânot to governments or generalsâbut to God, and through his heartfelt words, to every sincere soul: pray, pray, and pray again.
đĨ A Dangerous Turn in Global Affairs
The fire is no longer distant. Israelâs direct attack on Iran is not just an isolated act of aggression; it is a terrifying signpost on the road to something far worse. As His Holiness warned, this is not merely a battle between two nations. This is the opening of a floodgate that could wash away countless innocent lives across borders, regions, and faiths.
Israelâs current leadership, driven by a chilling blend of zeal and strategy, is systematically setting its sights on the Muslim world. And yetâthe Muslim nations slumber.
They are not in prayer.Â
They are not in unity.Â
They are not even aware.Â
They remain distracted by dreams of modernity, isolated by sectarian squabbles, and lost in the mirage of âprogressivenessââwhile the ground beneath them cracks open.
đ Where Are the Muslims?
His Holinessâs words are not political; they are spiritualâand therefore far more profound. This is not just a call for defence; it is a call for repentance.
He lamented that Muslims no longer uphold their faith with devotion. Their mosques, once filled with night prayers that thundered like waves of light in the darkness, now stand silent. Their hearts, once fortified by unity, are now riddled with divisions.
When prayers die, peace dies.
Muslims today have become vulnerableânot because they are weak in terms of weapons, but because they are weak in prayer, unity, and sacrifice.
đ One Ummah or None
The disbelieving powersâatheistic, materialistic, and unitedâstand like an iron wall. And the Muslims? Scattered, suspicious, and self-absorbed.
âAll Muslim countries are in danger,â said His Holiness, âand there is no way forward but through unity.â
This is not rhetoric; this is the bitter truth. Sectarianism has destroyed our foundation. Politics has poisoned our pulpits. The only way we can surviveânot just as Muslims but as human beingsâis if we stand as one Ummah, not just in slogans but in sincerity.
đ¯ī¸ What Must Be Done Now
We are not helpless. We have access to a power greater than any military alliance, stronger than any economic sanction: the power of prayer and the guidance of Khilafat.
Let the mosques be filled.Â
Let the mothers weep for peace.Â
Let the youth marchânot with slogans of hatredâbut with hearts ablaze in prayer for humanity.Â
Let the scholars teach the unity of mankind, not the superiority of sects.Â
Let the world see: true Islam livesâand it weeps for the world.
đ§ī¸ A Prayer That Could Stop a Storm
May Allah the Almighty protect the innocent.Â
May He grant wisdom to the arrogant.Â
May He ignite the sleeping conscience of Muslim rulers.Â
May He awaken the Ummah from its stupor.Â
May He protect the oppressedâfrom Gaza to Sudan, from Yemen to Kashmir, from Iran to every broken heart.
And May He enable usâyou and meâto pray as if the world depends on it because perhaps, just perhapsâit does.
đ This is not just a moment of fear.
This is a moment of responsibility.Â
Let it not pass like the wind.Â
Let it mark the beginning of a storm of prayers that saves our childrenâs tomorrow.Â
Because the world is burning.Â
And only the rain of sincere, united, and urgent prayers can put it out.
